DARSH FOUNDATION is a registered public charitable trust established under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. Founded on 10th October 2025 by Mr. Natheshwar Yadav, son of Mr. Nandlal Yadav, the foundation operates from Sindhi Colony Road, Rasaylpur, Varanasi (U.P.), with its registered office in Mira Bhayandar, Thane, Maharashtra. The foundation was created with a strong vision to serve humanity through education, social welfare, health awareness, and community development. It stands on the belief that every individual deserves equal access to opportunities that lead to a better and more dignified life. DARSH FOUNDATION focuses primarily on education, women and child empowerment, healthcare, environmental protection, and rural development. Through various programs and awareness initiatives, the trust works to uplift underprivileged communities, promote sustainable living, and encourage skill development among youth.

The Darsh Foundation Trust is a not-for-profit organisation headquartered in Bengaluru, India. The Foundation strives to eliminate classroom hunger by implementing the PM POSHAN (Mid-Day Meal) Programme. It provides nutritious meals to children studying in government and government-aided schools. Darsh Foundation also aims to counter malnutrition and support the Right to Education of children from socio-economically challenging backgrounds.
